Но в этот раз общаться пришлось много. Посылка долго не приходила, продлевался срок защиты. Затем почта потеряла мою посылку, при этом в местном офисе отметили, что я её получила (в объединённой посылке с другими заказами). Всё это время продавец Judy с готовностью поддерживала со мной связь. И, несмотря на то, что вины могазина в данной ситуации не было, предложила положить мои бусины в новый заказ бесплатно.
